Das meiste der Geschichten habe ich beim Schreiben schon im Kopf. Nicht jedes einzelne Kapitel, aber auf jeden Fall das Ende, das ist für mich das Wichtigste, denn dann weiß ich, in welche Richtung es beim Schreiben geht. Oft sind die besten Stellen meiner Romane auch solche, die spontan und ganz natürlich im Schreibfluss entstehen, während ich an dem Buch arbeite.
